Use
LEA number and LEA name are used on TPS Annual Return to identify the originator of the return.
LEA number is submitted on header record of the return, in the header fields of each record 'Service Annual return details' for each employee.
LEA name is submitted in header record of the return as 'Originator's Title', if the return is submitted by LEA .
