In this IMG activity you assign the tax modifiers relevant to your company to the corresponding provinces. Through this assignment, the system offers the correct tax modifier as a default value in infotype 'Fiscal data' (0062) depending on the province entered as tax center for the employee in this infotype. Similarly, this assignment is used in the program that generates annual statements of employment tax (IRPF) deductions and payments for the Internal Revenue Service, RPC190E0 program.

Note:

It is important to copy the content of the table that is maintained in this activity (T5E20) to its production client, otherwise you get an error message indicating that no tax modifier has been maintained for the chosen province in this table.

Requirements

You must first define your company's current personnel structure.

Standard settings

There are SAP model entries.

Recommendation

Please note the following:

  1. the values previously preset by SAP,
  2. the tax modifier shall subsequently determine the set and meaning of the existing payment keys in a province or autonomous region.

Adapt the SAP model entries according to your requirements.

  1. Adapt or create new entries according to your requirements.
  2. Assign a tax modifier to each province.
