Use
Flexible Benefits for Great Britain (PA-BN-FB-GB) makes use of this Business Add-In (BAdI) UK FlexBens Minimum Salary Prorating for Part-time Employee (PFBN0009) This BAdI enables you to implement your own rules regarding minimum salary prorating for part-time employees.
The system checks the salary amount after enrolling benefit plans. For the part-time employees, the minimum salary needs to be prorated. SAP standard delivery provides the prorating rule based on the employment percentage in Planned Working Time infotype( infotype 0007). This rule may not fully cover the prorating cases for part-time employees. The BAdI allows you to prorate salary for the part-time employees in different ways.

Example
Your organization wishes to apply its own prorating rule for part-time employees. The minimum amount may be prorated by the annual working hours. You can then implement PFBN0009 (BAdI) to fulfill the rules.
