Define Employee Pension Contribution Rule (FLEX)
Use
In this step, you specify the amount of the employee contribution into the pension plan.
Requirements
The amount of the employer contribution into the pension plan must have been previously defined in the IMG activity Define Cost Rules.
Activities
Select the pension plan and cost variant for which you wish to define the employee pension contribution, as prompted.
Enter the employee pension contribution in the relevant fields:
Enter a fixed employee pension contribution amount in the field EE pension contr, or
Enter a percentage employee pension contribution amount in the field Contri.factor.
If the employee pension contribution is not customized in advance in table V_T74_FBN_GB05 , but is instead read from the existing infotype Pension Funds (0071), set the indicator for the field Read from infotype and do not maintain any values in the fields EE pension contr. or Contri. factor.
Save your entries.
Example
To define the employee contribution for pension plan PX01, with an employer contribution of 8% and an employee contribution of 5%:
Verify that you are working in the appropriate benefit area.
Select pension plan PX01 and the cost variant ER 8% as prompted in the dialog box, using the available F4 input, andpress Enter. An employer contribution of 8% is now displayed, as a read-only field.
Enter the percentage 5% in the field Contr.factor , in the section EE Contribution.
