Define Quantity of Holiday Buying/Selling for Holiday Plan (FLEX)

Use

In this step, for each holiday plan option, you define the number of time units (by day or by hour) that the employee can buy or sell when participating in the GB Flexible Benefits enrollment process for holiday plan.

Requirements

You must have maintained the following previous implementation steps:

Activities

  1. Choose the holiday plan.
  2. Choose one holiday plan option and go to the Details screen.
  3. Under the Number of Holiday Buying or Selling for Holiday Plan tab, in the field Buy/Sell Num , enter the exact number of the benefit option selected.
  4. Choose the indicator Buy if you want to buy the number for this holiday plan option; otherwise, choose the indicator Sell.
  5. Save your entries.

Example

For the holiday plan option B1D, you enter 1 in the Buy/sell Number field, and choose the indicator Buy.

For the holiday plan option S1D, you enter 1 in the Buy/sell Number field, and choose the indicator Sell.
