In this step you are able to create and maintain the organisation numbers and addresses. This information will be "red" by the feature "VORGEN" to find the correct address for the organisation when you among other things run the report for "reimbursement".

If you have an organisaton in Oslo, you can build it up like this:
Key: ORG1 (free combination)
Org.no: 123456789 (the number from the authorities)
Mun: 0301 (number from the authorities)
Address: NO12010
House bk: 1000 (internal key to find the bank key)
Acct ID: NOR (name of the bank)

Find out how many "organisations" your company have and defind a "key" for each organisation. You can build up this key the way you like.
Connect the key to the "organisation number and municipal number" given by the authorities.
You have to give each organisation an address. You can build up this addresskey the way you like, but it always has to start with NO. This addresskey will be used in Anschriften des Arbeitgebers pflegen.
Defind an internal key for the real "bank key". You can name the key any way you like.
Defind the "acctual" ID for the bank. The name of the bank.
