In this activity you can configure the system to process the payment of substitutions, if this is required by your company.
Standard settings
The standard SAP R/3 system contains international time schemas (TM00, TM01, TM02, TM04) that you can copy and then change according to the needs of your company.
Activities
you must make the changes required for processing payment of substitutions in the same time schema that you have copied and modified in the previous activities:
- Copy schema for calculating productive hours.
- Copy payment schema for statutory and contractual days off.
In the schema that you have copied and changed in previous activities, add the substitution rule "Create difference for wage type with split in ALP" (VEST).
Insert the call to the VEST rule between functions GWT S and GWT M in the time schema you have copied as follows:

If you do not use time evaluation, you must include the VEST rule in the same position in the Wage Type Generation schema (VEC0).
