Use

In this Customizing activity, you specify the BSI TaxFactory version to be used in your system for customizing. That is, you define to which BSI server and RFC connection your customizing refers to.
This activity is mandatory for all customers who use BSI TaxFactory version 9.0 and onwards.

Execute this Customizing activity and specify the version of BSI TaxFactory to be used in your system for customizing activities.

Note

When you choose a version from BSI TaxFactory 9.0 onwards, you automatically enable the use of the 10BSI feature in your system. The standard payroll schema no longer reads the UPAR1 payroll function, parameter BSI.

Proceed to the subsequent Customizing activity, Specify BSI TaxFactory version for master data and tax calculation to make additional settings.
