Use
In this Customizing activity, you use the Determine Authorization Check for Data Deletion (TWDP1) feature to specify if the system controls the deletion of employee data by an authorization check.
The Deletion of Employee Data for Data Privacy (SAPTWDP0) report reads the return value of the feature to determine if the user who is running the report has the authorization to request or perform the deletion of employee data.
Requirements
If you use the feature to define the authorization that is controlled for the report, make sure you have assigned the authorization object Deletion of Personnel Numbers in Live Systems (P_TW_DELPR) to the relevant roles that are responsible for requesting the deletion or performing the deletion. You can assign the authorization object to roles in Customizing for Personnel Management under Personnel Management -> Organizational Management -> Basic Settings -> Authorization Management -> Maintain Authorizations.
