In this step, you set up the printer and layout set used to print the Rollover Payment Notification form.

You do this by modifying the 13RED feature accordingly. The first four characters of the feature identify the printer that the redundancy form and reports are to be sent to. The next sixteen characters identify the SAPScript form name for the Rollover Payment Notification form.

Requirements

Standard settings

The standard system is preset to:

  • Default printer MEL1
  • Default layout set RP_ETPROLL_A_PP for the Rollover Payment Notification form. This layout set should be put in positions 5 - 20

To set up the printer and layout set, modify feature 13RED to meet your requirements.

You can set up your printer based on Company code, Personnel Area, Personnel sub area and so on.
