Use

In this IMG activity, you define the pay scale areas that exist in your organization. In the public sector, the pay scale areas usually correspond to the division classes for the officers.

Example

You can define the pay scale area of 02 for the Division I class officers.

The standard system contains model pay scale areas.

Activities

  1. Check the model entries and determine the pay scale areas you want to use in your organization.
  2. Delete any entries you do not require.
  3. Create the pay scale areas and enter data according to your requirements.
  4. Enter a key and a name for the pay scale area.
