Use
In this IMG activity, you can modify and create types of medical treatment that the user can enter when recording reimbursement claims from ADSE in the Reimbursement (0896) infotype. You can also define maximum reimbursement amounts and enter a percentage that represents a percentage of the treatment cost that ADSE reimburses. You can also create new treatment types and modify reimbursement amounts or the treatment cost percentages reimbursed by ADSE to comply with the governing legal requirements.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard system contains model entries.
Activities
Check the available entries and determine the treatment types that you need to use in your organization.
Delete any entries you do not require.
If necessary, modify the treatment type descriptions.
Create any new types you require by entering a code and a description for each type.
Enter the corresponding data end dates and start dates.
Define the maximum reimbursement amount and, if required, enter a percentage for the reimbursement amount.
If relevant, enter a subtype for the Reimbursement (0896) infotype to which the treatment type is assigned.
Save your entries.
Note
To upload ADSE treatment data from a file, on the SAP Easy Access screen choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Portugal -> Public Sector -> Information System -> Upload ADSE Treatment Data.
