You set up termination reasons in the Implementation Guide (IMG) for Personnel Administration in the steps Set up personnel actions and Create reasons for personnel actions.

When setting up the actions, you also define the infotypes that are automatically delimited when a termination is carried out. This affects all the infotypes set up for the user group in the Parameter ID UGR under System -> User profile -> Own data. If no Parameter ID is set up for the user, then the default reference user group for the infogroup is used. You make the required settings in the step Define infogroups.
