In this step you can indicate which fields (2001) are relevant for retroactive accounting in infotype Absences (2001).

By default the retroactive accounting relevance is switched off for the total infotype (see also previous step Switch off retro. accounting relevance for total infotype in this chapter). A retroactive run, however, must sometimes be carried out if data is changed in previous payroll periods. You have to indicate separately for each field whether a change to a field is relevant for retroactive accounting in Payroll and/or Time Management.
