  1. Call up the HR_NL_WP_ACT_001 form and check whether the layout meets the requirements of your organization.
  2. To modify the form, first make a copy of the HR_NL_WP_ACT_001 If you use SAPscript (SSC):
    1. In the initial screen of transaction SE71, select the menu path Utilities -> Copy from client.
    2. The Copy forms between clients screen is displayed.
      In the Form name field, fill in the name of the standard form (HR_NL_WP_ACT_001) and enter a name in the Target form field for your customer-specific form. The first position of this name must contain the letter 'Y' or 'Z', so that your form goes to the name range that is reserved for customer-specific changes.

    If you use PDF:

  1. In the start screen of transaction SFP in Form, select the name of the SAP default form HR_NL_WP_ACT_001
  2. Select the 'copy' icon (CTRL + F5) and enter a name for your customer-specific form in the field Copy to. The first character of this name must be a Y or a Z, so that your form goes to the name range that is reserved for customer-specific changes.

  1. Make the necessary modifications (such as moving the window MAIN 'Main window') or specify a completely new layout.
