Use

In this IMG step, you can determine which absence types, defined as subtypes of infotype Absences (2001), should be used under the terms of the Eligibility for Permanent Invalidity Benefit (Restrictions) Act.

In this way the system can determine automatically which absences relate to the Eligibility for Permanent Invalidity Benefit (Restrictions) Act.

Requirements

The relevant absence types under the terms of the Elegibility for Permanent Invalidity Benefit (Restrictions) Act must not overlap. To prevent this you must complete the IMG step Specify System Reaction to Overlapping Time Infotypes.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Specify the required setup.
  2. Choose New Data.
  3. Specify the required attendance or absence and delimit the record.
  4. Fill the field PW Sickness with "Sickness" if the absence should be regarded as sickness under the terms of the Elegibility for Permanent Invalidity Benefit (Restrictions) Act. Fill the field PW Sickness with "Maternity Protection" if the absence should be regarded as maternity protection.
  5. Save your data.
