Use

In this IMG step, you can define all required activities under the terms of the Eligibility for Permanent Invalidity Benefit (Restrictions) Act. You can use these activities to build an activity plan in infotype Elegibility for Permanent Invalidity Benefit (Restrictions) Act (0764) to display an employee's reintegration process.

The following activity types are available:

  • Statutory Activities, which are prescribed by law and have a fixed processing date that cannot be changed. These activities will be included in a Eligibility for Permanent Invalidity Benefit (Restrictions) Act plan.
  • Mandatory Activities, which are geared to companies and have a fixed processing date that cannot be changed. These activities will be included in a Elegibility for Permanent Invalidity Benefit (Restrictions) Act plan.
  • Free Activities, which can be geared to companies and have a freely-definable processing date that can be changed. These activities will not be included in a Elegibility for Permanent Invalidity Benefit (Restrictions) Act plan, but added during the reintegration process. The activities to be defined as free activities will mainly be the ones that follow up on statutory or mandatory activities or the ones used if an employee reports sick again within the sickness relation period. 'Normal' optional activities will, of course, also be defined.
  • SAP Activities, which are essential for the automatic adding of changes relating to the illnesses or the case manager. These activities are delivered by SAP.
