This step enables you to check the contribution data per social insurance group and social insurance scheme. This data forms the basis for the calculation of contributions in gross/net payroll.

Requirements
Standard settings
The statutory data defined by the authorities is supplied as part of the standard delivery in sample SI groups. Please check the data.
Recommendation
Interim changes: Delimit the old data and create new records using the correct start date.
With reference to delimitation in the cumulative retroactive accounting method, such changes can best be entered one payroll period before the changes become effective.
Example:
If the social insurance contribution is to change on 1 July, you must enter the changes in the June payroll.
Activities
Check the data for each SI group / SI scheme combination and change if necessary. You should also check the routine code for the additional SI schemes.
Further notes
Once customizing has been tested and approved, the tables should be included in a transport. The conversion program (RPUCASN0, transaction PC00_M05_CAS) does not automatically put the changes on transport.
To put the changes on transport, choose 'Check Contribution Data for Social Insurance (table T5N1S, as of 1.1.2001)' in the IMG. In the view cluster for 'Social Insurance Contribution Data' you can select the entries to be transported. Via the menu 'Table view' -> 'Transport' the selected entries are put on transport.
Note: All manual customizing is automatically included on transports.
