Description
This view cluster contains all activities that are necessary to correctly manage the relationships between the the representing legal persons in your organizational structure and external agengies (executive authorities or labor conditions and absenteeism monitoring bodies [Arbodiensten]).
The view cluster is subdivided into the following functions:
Representing legal persons
External agencies
Relatiionhsips
Address Management
The function 'Address Management' allows you to create new addresses or change existing addresses. You can also choose one of the first two functions to change the addresses of representing legal persons and external agencies.

Recommendation
Once customizing has been tested and approved, the tables should be included on a transport. The conversion program (RPUCASN0, transaction PC00_M05_CAS) does not automatically put the changes on transport. For this purpose you should use 'Relationship Management Overview' in the IMG. Here you can select the entries to be transported in the view cluster for:
Representing legal persons (tabel T5N9P)
External agencies, (tabel T5N9I)
Relationships, (tabel T5N9R)
Address Management (tabel T536C)
Via the menu 'Table view' -> 'Transport' the selected entries are put on transport. Note: All manual customizing is automatically included on transports.
