Activating retroactive notifications for leper change.
Example
If an employee is transferred retroactively to another legal person within the same company, two notifications must be sent:
- One leaving notification for the legal person the employee is leaving.
- One hiring notification for the legal person by whom the employee will be hired.
Requirements
A standard routine has been defined in SAP that checks whether or not a retroactive notification is involved. This is based on the file containing the normal NSI notifications being created directly after the payroll run. The date of the payroll run is also the start date for retroactive notifications.
Any changes relevant to the start date of the payroll run are classed as retroactive notifications.
It is therefore advisable to run the report Social Insurance notification(GAK)(RPCMBVN0) using the data from the payroll area.
