Example

Certain events during an employee's career are recorded by means of a personnel action, if necessary, a reason is given for this personnel action.

Examples of events are:

  • Hiring
  • Promotion
  • Etc.

To use such events in reporting, these events must be linked to personnel actions and reasons for personnel actions. The report then knows which personnel actions or reasons for personnel actions to select depending on the given event.

Example

An example of such an event is Employee Deceased, i.e. with reference to NSI (01), to which a personnel action (10) and a reason for a personnel action (09) are linked. This event is used to inform the executive authority of the employee's decease during his term of employment.

Activities

In the table you must link Linking events to personnel actions and reasons for personnel actions (T5N9H) and (for example) the event 'Employee deceased with reference to NSI' (01).
