Standard settings

The form described in the "Handleiding Loonbelasting, premie volksverzekeringen en premies werknemers verzekeringen" (guide to employment tax, social insurance and employed persons insurance schemes published by the tax authorities) is supplied by SAP as part of the standard delivery.

  1. Start this step and call the form HR_NL_LBPV_2005. Check if the layout meets the requirements of your organization.
  2. If you wish to modify the form, you are advised to first make a copy of the form HR_NL_LBPV_2005.
    1. In the initial screen select the menu path Tools -> Copy from client.
    2. The screen Copy Forms Between Clients appears.
      In the field Form Name enter the name of the standard SAP form(HR_NL_LBPV_2005) and in the field Target Form enter aname for your own form. The first position of this name must contain the letter "Y" or "Z", so that your form is positioned in the name range that is reserved for customer-specific modifications.
    3. Make the necessary modifictions or define a whole new layout.
      The PRINTDATA structure is used with reference to output and can be used for your own form:
