In this section of the Implementation Guide, you can check the payroll constants that the standard SAP R/3 system uses for the final payments calculation.
Standard settings
The standard SAP R/3 system uses the following constants for the final payments calculation:
LDPPA: Number of days to be paid per year of service by way of seniority bonus.
LSMPA: Number of minimum wage days used as basic wage for calculating the seniority bonus.
LDPIN: Number of days to be paid per year of seniority by way of severance pay.
LDPRE: Number of days to be paid per year of seniority by way of reinstatement.
