In this step you can specify the type of annual bonus applied to each employee in the annual bonus payment.
The annual bonus modifier specifies the rule applied to each employee for the annual bonus payment. This rule is determined on the basis of the number of days worked via the MXAGU feature.
Thi feature determines which modifier matches the position of the employee within the company, group and subgroup. Through this modifier you access the "Annual Bonus Modifiers" table.
You obtain the seniority of an employee from the infotype Schedule data (IT0041) where it exists in the system, otherwise you take it from the employee recruitment date.
Activities
Specify the annual bonus modifier that corresponds to the employee on the basis of company policies.
Further notes
It is important to point out that the modifier can be repeated if it is necessary to define different values for seniority and annual bonus days. If, in the company, seniority is not taken into account, this piece of data will always have the value 1 in the annual bonus modifier table V_T7MX30.
