Use

In this step, you assign the eligibility for vacationable earnings to various employee groupings. To this end, for each combination of payroll modifier, processing class 67 specification and time interval found in this step, you must specify whether earnings assigned to the processing class 67 specification at hand are to be included or excluded in the cumulation of vacationable earnings for that payroll modifier, depending upon the province of employment.

Activities

  1. Execute this IMG step. On the subsequent screen, an overview of the combinations of payroll modifiers, processing class 67 specifications and time intervals found in your enterprise is displayed.
  2. Highlight the table entry that corresponds to the first combination of payroll modifier, processing class 67 specification and time interval to be configured.
    1. From the application toolbar, choose Details.

      On the subsequent screen, a series of checkboxes are shown for each province of employment; these checkboxes determine whether earnings in the processing class 67 specification at hand are to be included or excluded in the cumulation of vacationable earnings for that payroll modifier in the corresponding province of employment.
    2. For each province of employment in which earnings in the processing class 67 specification at hand are to be excluded from the cumulation of vacationable earnings, select the corresponding checkbox.
    3. For each province of employment in which earnings in the processing class 67 specification at hand are to be included in the cumulation of vacationable earnings, leave the corresponding blank.
    4. Save your entries, then choose Back to return to the overview of the combinations of payroll modifiers, processing class 67 specifications and time intervals found in your enterprise.
  3. Repeat steps 2. through 2d. until each combination has been configured correctly.

    If necessary, you may choose New Entries from the application toolbar to specify additional combinations, or delimit existing combinations to enable multiple cumulation assignments for a single combination over time.
