In this step, you can specify the user wage types entered via the infotype 0146 Year End Adjustment data for which you can check cumulations for Year End Adjustment process. This is controlled by means of processing class 80.
The user wage types which can be maintained in this step are the wage types that will be processed in the Year End Adjustment calculation.
You also can set how the user wage types should be cumulated for deduction calculation. This is controlled by means of cumulation class 61, 62, 63 and 64.
Standard settings
The SAP standard delivery system contains following processing class and cumulation classes.
Processing class 80 has following standard specifications:
- 0 No processing
- 1 Cumulate and RT storage
- 2 Eliminate and OT storage
- A OT storage
Cumulation classes for deduction calculation are following:
- 61 Total taxable income YEA
- 62 Total Social insurance and etc.
- 63 Total Social insurance for YEA
- 64 Deduction (Total) for YEA
Activities
To check and, if necessary, change the value of processing class and cumulation classes, proceed as follows:
- Select a wage type and choose Detail.
- Check the specification for processing class 80.
- Check the specification for cumulation class 61, 62, 63 and 64.
