In this step you define the decontribution settlement method indicator.

The settlement indicator is assigned a set of wage types to be used for decontribution settlement.

Standard settings

Wage types to be used for settlement are:

  • WT production premium taxable amount (/111);
  • WT social security taxable amount calculation (/141).

This wage type is made up of social security taxable amount, decontributions used by the employee and settlement already calculated (if existent).

The following wage types are also assigned:

  • WT actual social security taxable amount (/3V2);
  • WT identifying the taxable base for decontribution calculation in the amount;
  • WT decontribution which contains the total decontribution the employee is entitled to;
  • WT settlement of decontribution to be applied to the taxable amount, which contains the decontribution amount the employee is entitled to after settlement.

This WT is different from the one already mentioned if the employee has already used decontribution.

This wage type therefore results from WT total decontribution minus decontributions used.
