In this step, you define the relevant private insurance schemes provided by your company. These new private insurance schemes, by default, use the same schemas and rules as those for Jamsostek.

The private insurance schemes are defined with the same view as the Jamsostek schemes. In order to differentiate between the two, the Jamsostek schemes' name begin with a '/'. You should use the customer name range when creating the private insurance schemes.

Activities

In order to create a new private insurance scheme, you must define it as both a scheme and a subtype.

Scheme

To define a new private insurance scheme:

  1. Select the New entries button.
  2. Enter the name and text for the new private insurance scheme.

To copy the sample private insurance scheme:

  1. Select the sample private insurance scheme.
  2. Click on the Copy button.
  3. Change the Scheme ID and description.

Subtype

To define a new private insurance subtype:

  1. Select the New entries button.
  2. Enter the name, text and time constraint for the new private insurance subtype.
