In this operation phase, by copying SAP model wage types, the system creates individual wage types for family allowance calculation.
These copies are the wage types used in the subsequent processing, and they can be adjusted to specific needs.
Only the wage types necessary for family allowance are proposed for copy here.
If you need further information about the creation of customer-specific wage types, see the implementation guide of component "Human resources management" in chapter 'Payroll data' -> Wage type concept.
Note that the copies of the model wage types, i. e. the wage types determined by the user, take both the characteristics concerning online processing and the characteristics concerning SAP model wage type calculation. In the following steps it is possible to check, and if necessary to adjust, the characteristics of individual wage types concerning online processing.
Only use the proposed name range (all the wage types beginning with a number) for the wage types copied. Do not copy the wage types in the SAP model wage type area (all the wage types beginning with a letter or a special character).
Copy the wage types for family allowance
- by copying the wage type catalog
- by creating prototype wage types
