In this step, you define the subapplications for the processing modes that correspond to the subapplications you require to run the Gross to Net Control Report.

Standard settings
Recommendation
Check if the standard entries delivered in the SAP standard system meet your requirements. If not, do not change the SAP entries; simply copy the relevant subapplication and modify the entries as outlined in the Activities section:
Activities
- Enter the relevant country grouping (08 for Britain).
- In the main screen, select one of the subapplications:
- Gross to Net Amounts
- Inspector of Taxes Remittance
- Analysis of Payments
- Select (double -click) each of the subapplications in the dialog structure and check the entries.
For example:
- If you want to modify the validity period dates, you can do this in this screen
- If you want to redefine (or add) cumulation wage types, select New entries and add the CWTs that you want to include in the report.
- Save your entries.
Further notes
The Analysis of payments subapplication uses the secondary wage types /557 (Cash payment), /558(Payment of balance), and /559 (Bank transfer).
The totals for /557 come from the payroll results table (RT). The totals for /558 and /559 come from the "Payment Information" table (BT), which checks whether the payment is a bank transfer or a cheque.
