In this activity, you copy or extend absence/attendance calculation rules for report Annual Working Time Finland (HFILAWT0). These calculation rules are used in Time Management schemas.

Example

Requirements

You must have defined processing / time type classes and time types in the previous IMG steps.

Standard settings

The SAP system is shipped with the sample rule Generate statistical time types for AWT (TFIR), which includes P/T 41. The information is added to time type AFIL (Education time from employer�s order).

Recommendation

Maintain the Time Management schema and copy the rule to your customer name range.

Activities

In case you need a new calculation rule:

  1. Create a new rule and name to your customer name range.
  2. Choose program class T- time and country grouping * (all countries).

In case you need to extend the calculation rule:

  1. Copy the rule you want to change and rename to your customer name range.
  2. Additionally, choose PS grouping * and wage time type **** (all wage types).
  3. Choose Edit rule.
  4. Enter the processing/time type and add the processed information to Time type.
  5. Save your entries.
