Use

In this IMG activity you can check and maintain the assignment of countries to the Social Insurance key (RED System).

To complete a notification, the country key must be stored in the infotype Delt@ (0968), under Place. Additionally, the employee's nationality is obtained from the infotype Personal Data (0002) during the XML file generation.

The assignments to the Social Insurance key are determined via the country keys and are reported in the XML file.

Requirements

Standard settings

The standard setting is available in the client 000.

Activities

  1. Perform the necessary assignments. You can copy the standard setting by adjusting your client to the SAP 000 client in the menu, under Utilities -> Adjust.
  2. Check that all the fields contain the correct information, particularly the field Nationality (Nationality key in the RED system). This field is reported to the Delt@ Authorities.
  3. Save your entries.
