Full time employee values are determined in payroll accounting and stored in technical wage types. These technical wage types contain the calculation basis used to calculate the full time employee values.
In the system, wage type /OV1 is used as a standard for the full time EE value 1 and /OV2 for the full time EE value 2.
A reduction for part-time employment and a day by day reduction on entering or leaving employment, is taken into account by these values.
In contrast to this, overtime hours and on-call services do not, however, cause a change in the calculation basis.
Unpaid absences, such as parental leave, are only taken into account for the calculation basis of the full time EE value 2.
If you have not set up any of your own wage types for calculating full time employee values, you can use the entries provided.
Activities
- If you have set up further or other wage types for calculating the values for full time employees, include these in the list. It is sufficient to enter the wage type in the Wage type field, with the cumulation wage type and to specify if this wage type should be added or subtracted when calculating full time employee values (field RZ).
- Choose Save.
Further notes
You can also delete the standard entry, if you want to define the full time employee value calculation using a completely different wage type list.
