Use

In this IMG activity, you can change data (account number and collective fund) for deductions of contribution amounts.

It is only necessary to make entries under the following conditions:

  • The account number of the health insurance fund is different from the company number
  • Contributions are to be paid to a different fund than the employee fund -> contribution fund
    Mapping of branch offices to one branch office (collective fund) that acts as the recipient of the contribution statement.

Note:
Do not make any changes to the Paying Office Number field in this IMG activity. You specify the paying office number in the IMG activity Maintain Assignment of Company Features.
