Use

In the full month notional runs for Sec. 23c SGB (Code of Social Law) VI, the remaining SI (social insurance) gross amount is considered as continued payment of benefit.

A regular wage type that is subject to SI contributions, assigned via infotype 0014, and not factored in the payroll, is therefore at first included in the calculated #continued payment of benefit#, even if it is to be paid exclusively for the time of the continued pay. Such a wage type must be excluded from the benefit again by means of table T5D0I (notional run control : wage type assignment).

However, it is not possible to use table T5D0I if a customer wage type either may or may not be a continued payment of benefit, depending on the personnel number . For these wage types, you need an interpretation of the assignment in time in infotype 0014.

Requirements

Standard settings

For customer wage types that are entered under cumulation wage type VALB (ER benefit according to assignment in time IT0014), the assignment in time is checked in infotype 0014.

  • If there is an infotype 0014 record with this wage type, which is # at least partly # in a period with benefit reference in the payroll period, all infotype 0014 records with this wage type are included as benefits in the full month notional run.
  • If there is no such infotype 0014 record in the payroll period, the infotype 0014 records with this wage type are excluded from full month notional runs.

Activities

  • Enter all customer wage types that may or may not be continued payment of benefit, depending on the personnel number, under cumulation wage type VALB. For these wage types, the assignment in time in infotype 0014 must declare whether this constitutes continued payment of benefit.
  • When you assign one of the affected wage types in infotype 0014, check the assignment in time.
    • If the wage type continues to be paid during the payment of benefits, retain the validity of the infotype 0014 record during the time of the payment of benefits.
    • If the wage type does not continue to be paid during the payment of benefits, delimit the validity of the infotype 0014 record to the day before the payment of benefits.
