You can use the Public Sector Statistics infotype (subtype 05: Pension Recipient Statistics) to override different input fields for pension recipient statistics.
Example
Live start of pension and related benefits is May 01, 1998
In the statistics for 1999, the pension is evaluated as a inflow because a payroll result containing pension data only exists for the first time in 1998. However, if the employee has retired before May 01, 1998, the Balance/Change to Balance field in the Pension Recipient Statistics must be overridden using the Previous Balance option.
The infotype is always evaluated for statistics in January of the statistical year; for example, the infotype is evaluated in January 1999 for the pension recipient statistics 1999 (January 1998 - January 1999).
In this step, you define an alternative screen for the pension recipient statistics in the PS statistics infotype using feature P0271 and infotype screen control which allows you to specify the individual subtype fields.
Standard settings
In the standard system, feature P0271 already contains a return value for subtype 05 (pension recipient statistics).
Activities
- Choose Adjust P0271 Feature.
The maintenance interface for feature P0271 is displayed.
- If required, insert a line with return value 05 in the feature.
- Choose Check.
- Choose Save.
- Choose Generate.
- Choose Back.
- Choose Modify screen control IT0271 (PS Statistics).
The overview page of the Infotype Screen Control table is displayed.
