Income earned and income substitution benefits must be taken into account when a maintenance contribution is granted (§22 BeamtVG - Public Sector Pensions Act). The amount is entered in the Imputation to Pension Payments infotype (0326) in subtype 3.
In this step, you make the settings necessary to ensure correct imputation of earned income to the maintenance contribution.
Activities
- Choose Maintain Exemption Amount ID for Imputation of Maint.Pymts.
The PS Pensions Control Indicator 03 view is displayed.
- Maintain the possible specifications of the Exemption amount ID for imputation of maintenance payments. Assign an internal key to each specification. The following internal keys are available:
00:
No exemption amount
30:
30% of minimum widow's pension is exempt
50:
50% of minimum widow's pension is exempt, remainder is imputed at 50% rate.
- Choose Save.
- Choose Back.
- Choose Minimum widow's pension (imputation to maintenance payment)-
Enter the country grouping 01. You access the Payroll Constants table in the OVMWG constant view (minimum widow's pension).
- Maintain the value of the constant.
- Choose Save.
- Choose Back.
- Choose Check Subschema
You access the maintenance interface of the schema DORA.
- Check that the payroll function P0326 is included in subschema DORA with specification 3 in parameter 1. If not, insert the appropriate line in the schema.
- Choose Save.
