Use
General Information for Data Exchange with the ZfA
Requirements
The German central pension administration office (ZfA) is responsible for processing the bonus-related pension in accordance with the German Pension Reform (AvmG). In their capacity as competent authorities and family equalization funds, public sector employers are required to report bonus-related data to the ZfA. Data exchange is performed electronically to the specifications of the ZfA in accordance with §91 of the German Income Tax Act (EStG).
The reporting procedure and data exhcnage are described in the ZfA communication manuals, which are available at www.zfa.deutsche-rentenversicherung-bund.de.

Scope of functions
To create notifications from competent authorities and family equalization funds to the ZfA, use the following reports:
- Create ZfA Notifications BZ01 - RPCZFAD0_BZ01
- Create ZfA Notifications BZ02 - RPCZFAD0_BZ02
- Create ZfA Notifications KZ01 - RPCZFAD0_KZ01
- Create ZfA Notifications KZ02 - RPCZFAD0_KZ02
