Use

In this IMG activity you define the threshold values for the gross overpayment from which a claim can be created. Trivial amounts that lie below these threshold values are allocated automatically without agreement with the employee, as previously.

You use the feature DBUZS (EE-Dependent Threshold Value Determination for Gross Overpayment) to control the threshold value by company code, personnel area/subarea, or by employee group/subgroup, and to distinguish between the following types of overpayment:

  • A    Supplementary amounts determined by semi-retirement
  • B    Normal gross overpayment
  • K    Overpayment of child allowance

The return value of the feature is the name of the constant under which you can define the minimum overpayment. In the standard system, the constant BUEZS with the value 50 Euro applies for all overpayment types.

  1. Edit feature DBUZS.
    Use the feature to define the employee groupings in terms of a group-specific determination of threshold values for the overpayment.
  2. Define the minimum gross overpayment
    Define the threshold values for the gross overpayment from which a claim is to be created.
