Use
In this IMG activity, you set up the model in accordance with the collective agreement for the public sector (CAPS), the collective agreement for public sector of states (CAPSS), the collective agreement for trainees in states (CATS) and the collective agreement for trainees in the public sector (CATPS).
In the following IMG activites, you assign the required entitlement conditions and calculation modules to the models so that the models contain their actual function for calculating the relevant groupings.
Standard settings
The standard system already delivers the following models:
- TVOED_JSZ Annual special payment CAPS federal
- TVOED_VKA_JSZ Annual special payment CAPS Municipal Employer's Assoc.
- TVL_JSZ Annual special payment CAPSS
- TVAL_JSZ Annual special payment CATS
- TVAOED_JSZ Annual special payment CAPS federal/MEA
Activities
Check the entries in the table T5DPBS01 (models for special and non-recurring payments) and, if required, compare these with the standard delivery (menu: Utilities -> Comparison).
If, in addition to the SAP standard delivery, you require further models for your calculations, proceed as follows:
- Choose New Entries.
- Enter the name and desciption for the model in the table.
- Choose Save.
