Use
In this Customizing activity, you can set up cumulation wage types with regard to the statement of earnings directive (EBeschR).
According to the definition within the framework of EBeschR, the total gross amount differs in some areas from the definition in the SAP system.
In the SAP system, the total gross amount (wage type /101) is calculated in the payroll. In doing so, the amounts of the wage types flagged as 01 in the calculation (in table Wage Type Valuation T512W) in the cumulation are cumulated in the wage type /101.
According to EBeschR, the following amounts also have to be included in the total gross amount:
- Increasing
- Remuneration increases according to the Semiretirement Act (Altersteilzeitgesetz)
- Imputed income
- Employer's allowances for sickness benefits
- Reducing
- Benefits taken over by employee (for example, shifted flat-rate employment tax)
- Inclusion in a value credit at the instance of the employee
- Neutral (neither increasing nor decreasing)
- Remuneration conversions according to Sec.1 Par.2 No.3 of the Employer#s Retirement Benefit Law (Betriebsrentengesetz)
- Employer#s and employee#s contributions to future insurance based on legal or collective agreement requirements; in Public Sector also contributions and reorganization pay
The subapplication EBRL is available for this with the following cumulation wage types:
- /10E Total Gross (EBeschR)
- /55E Statutory Net (EBeschR)
All affected technical wage types and model wage types used by SAP in the standard system are included in this. Any model wage types you copied and any user-defined wage types that are still to be included you must include in the cumulation wage types as well.
The new cumulation wage types are represented in the payroll in the schema DNZ0 (Cumulation of Net Amount) and used in the remuneration statement (according to EBeschR) instead of the old wage type (/101 and /550).
To enable the remuneration statement (according to EBeschR) to display the new cumulation wage types for periods before January 1, 2010 as well, the cumulation wage types are reproduced in the payroll result again if they are missing.
Example
- User-defined wage types for semiretirement remuneration increases, imputed income, and employer#s allowances for sickness benefits have to be added to the cumulation wage type /10E. The cumulation wage type /55E is then automatically increased as well, due to its definition.
- User-defined wage types for shifted flat-rate taxes and inclusion in a value credit have to be deducted from the cumulation wage type /10E and added to the cumulation wage type /55E. This increases the total gross amount but does not change the net amount.
- User-defined wage types for remuneration conversions, which up until now were added to /101, have to be deducted from the cumulation wage type /10E. The cumulation wage type /55E is then automatically reduced as well, due to its definition.
