The program used to calculate leave reserve amounts performs a fictitious SI accounting in order to calculate additional payroll fringe costs which the employer would have to pay if the employee was remunerated in compensation for open leave. Specify under a form indicator to specify which wage types are to be used for fictitious SI calculation and to calculate payroll fringe costs. The standard R/3 system contains the form indicator DSVL.
Standard settings
All wage types required in the standard system for fictitious SI calculation and that can be used to calculate payroll fringe costs are listed under the indicator DSVL.
Activities
If you have further wage types which you also use to calculate payroll fringe costs, please add these to this wage type list. Please mark payroll fringe costs with a 2 in column CType. Please mark wage types that must be read for fictitious SI accounting with a 1 in column CType.
