In the program for generating wage statements, field names are defined. Here you can determine which Fields are to be taken into account in the wage statement and where these Fields are to be printed. In the standard system, you can activate the following Fields:

If you want to one of these fields printed in the wage statement, determine here where this field appears in the wage statement.
Example
You do not want the first name of your employees printed in the wage statement. This is possible here by deleting the corresponding field VORNA from the list.
Standard settings
In the standard system, fields were positioned in the wage statement for two forms (BG01, BG02).
Activities
If you carry out this point, first specify the name of the form for which you want to change fields. All fields, you want output per personnel number, appear on the following maintenance screen under number 01 analogously to the previous chapter. Under number 02, all fields that are to appear in the wage statement for totals consideration are listed. Please create your new fields here or delete fields you do not need in the wage statement. In the previous chapter, you have determined the headings for your wage statement and remember the column lines. Please specify these column lines for the fields in the field Offset. Furthermore, you specify how long the field to be printed should be.
