The Column headings that appear in the wage statement are determined in this chapter. If you want to make changes to the standard headers or to lay out your own headings, please perform this function.
Example
The difference between gross mutual indemnity society's amount and assessment threshold is not contained in a standard wage statement. However, your mutual indemnity society wants this specification.
Requirements
Please check the requirements of your mutual indemnity societies.
Standard settings
In the standard system, two mutual indemnity society wage statements are laid out. When performing this function, you can look at the headings of the standard wage statements under the form 'BG01' or 'BG02'.
Recommendation
If you want to lay out new wage statements, please use your own form names.
Activities
On the first input window, please specify the name of the form for which you want to maintain the Headings.
On the subsequent screen, please specify the headings under line number 01 that are to appear with the output per Personnel number. Under line number 2, specify the headings that are to display the Sum totals.
Further notes
Please note the columns at which the individual headings are to start. The column numbers are important for the next sub-section.
If you want to set up new forms, please start the form indicator with the letters 'BG'.
