The severely challenged persons display consists of two parts. In the second part, the number of severely challenged persons is specified in total per Employer. The "report companies" you have defined in the previous chapter can belong to a common employer. consequently, a second summarization might be necessary. A criterion for whether you have different employers could be the assignment of different legal entities to your personnel subareas.
Example
You have determined the personnel subareas 0001, 0004, 0006, 0007, 0008 and 0009 as "report companies". The report companies" 0001, 0004, 0006 and 0007 now belong to one stock corporation (thus an employer), the report companies 0008 and 0009 to another stock corporation. The sender of the severely challenged persons display for the first employer should be represented by the personnel subarea 0001; for the second employer, the personnel subarea 0009.

Please check whether you assigned your personnel subareas to different Employers. If this is not the case, you need to set nothing in this point.
Standard settings
In the standard system, it is assumed that you have assigned your personnel subareas exclusively to one employer.
Activities
