Use
In this work step, you can specify a character string that you still want to be allowed when entering master data even though it is not DEUEV-compliant.
This allows you to correctly record employee master data that contains non-DEUEV-compliant characters. For DEUEV notifications, a DEUEV-compliant character string must be assigned to the forbidden character string.
Entries have been delivered for use in client 000. The entries are based on one of the conversion tables of the computing center of the North Rhine-Westfalia Revenue Administration for forming the eTIN in the ELSTER procedure (employment tax statement).
The entries are only example entries and have no obligation to be complete. You can use this model in part, as a whole, or with your own additions.
Standard settings
Activities
Enter a corresponding DEUEV-compliant character string for all non-DEUEV-compliant character strings that you want to record in the master data. When DEUEV notifications are generated, the non-DEUEV-compliant character strings are replaced by the DEUEV-compliant character strings in the data fields for name and address.
Example
You want to hire a French employee with the first name René in a German personnel area. Since the DEUEV check is activated for that personnel area, the name René is not accepted due to the diacritic in the letter #é#.
In the conversion table V_T5D4UMS, enter the DEUEV-compliant character #e# for #é#. Making this entry has the following effects:
- When master data is checked, the character #é# is replaced by #e# in all name and address fields.
You can therefore enter the name #René# into infotype 0002 because the converted form, #Rene#, is DEUEV-compliant.
- When DEUEV notifications are generated, the character #é# is replaced by #e# in all name and address fields.
The first name is therefore reported as #Rene# in data module DBNA.
