Set up the payroll schema in such a way that your company agreements on the flexible working hours model and overtime calculation are displayed.

The following functions and personnel calculation rules are available:

  • The function DFLEX with various characteristics.
    • For calculating advances or retention amount hours from the hours worked:
      DFLEX EVAI    ,retention amount/advance from actual hours.
    • for converting overtime to retention amount:
      DFLEX EAM        retention amount from overtime
    • for calculating overtime with overtime indicator 3:
      DFLEX MEA3        overtime
  • Calculation rule DBM0 for daily overtime indicator with the indicator 1.
  • Calculation rule DBM6 and rule DBM5 for the monthly overtime calculation with indicator 2.
  • Calculation rule DBLF for updating the remuneration account.

Using the operation DBAU MA you can call up the overtime indicator from the flexible working hours model.

Using the operation DBAU ML you can call up the wage type for overtime from the flexible working hours model.
