Example
- All payments for an employee are processed as pensionable if they have income identification E001. Military exercises should also generate fictitious contributions within the pension fund contribution calculation. For this reason, the income identification should also take into account these fictitious salary elements. The income identification is stored with the entitlement in the control settings for the contribution calculation. This means that the corresponding contributions can be formed in Payroll.
The contributions can be transferred from the payroll cluster to table P01CBE in the company pension scheme (CPS) database using the data transfer report RPCWUBD0.
- All regular payments for the employee are stored under the income identification E002. However, the contributions are not calculated in Payroll. Instead, the pensionable income is used as the basis for the calculation of a pension, for example, with the calculation method 'Employment Period to Income'. The pension calculation program is controlled by storing the income identifier with the entitlement.
The income can be transferred from the payroll cluster to table P01CEE in the CPS database using the data transfer report RPCWUBD0.
Requirements
You use SAP Payroll.
Standard settings
The formation of pensionable income elements is coded in Payroll using the income identification.
Statement wage types for both pensionable income and fictitious calculations are taken into account.
Further notes
The statement wage types are stored by the Payroll system. The income identification is stored with the statement wage type in the VINFO field of the payroll cluster using a variable split.
The income identification is stored with the entitlement.
