In this section, you define the conversion models that are to be relevant for the Salary Conversion Germany ESS scenario.
The conversion model consists of the entitlement and conversion type.
You can choose to enter a modifier for each conversion model. The modifier allows you to define alternative rules for a conversion model depending on the organizational assignment of an ESS user. At the scenario runtime, the modifier is determined as the return value of feature DWCWN, which considers the organizational assignment of an ESS user.
Example
A conversion model is not to be available for selection for personnel area DE01.
First define the conversion model without assigning a modifier. This Customizing is to be valid for all ESS users that do not belong to personnel area DE01. Then copy the table entry and assign a modifier (for example, 0001). Enter an availability that contains the availability type "Not for Selection" from January 1, 1800 to December 31, 9999. Now maintain feature DWCWN such that it returns modifier 0001 for the personnel area DE01.
