In this work step, you determine which wage components and salary components are included in the actual gross semiretirement amount the employee receives during his or her semiretirement. The employee's actual gross semiretirement amount is stored in wage type /168. Wage types that you want to be included in the gross semiretirement amount must be indicated in cumulation 68.
Example
In addition to regular work remuneration, semiretirement also includes the following: Capital formation savings payments that have been paid out, bonuses for merit, bonuses for hazardous or unpleasant work, attendance premiums, bonuses for night work (if liable for tax and SI contributions), bonuses for work on Sundays and public holidays (if liable for tax and SI contributions), regular payments, and non-recurring payments.

In the standard system, no sample wage types flow into the actual gross amount for semiretirement (/168).

Activities
Figure out which wage types an employee in semiretirement receives.
Indicate these wage types in cumulation 68 so that these wage types are included in the actual gross amount for semiretirement (/168).
